Upward Sports is the world’s largest Christian sports league for children and provides the BEST sports experience for every child. Upward Sports teaches sport fundamentals in an environment of healthy competition, helping kids to develop skills for the sports arena and Christian values for life. The Rochester Upward Sports soccer league will be for kids in Kindergarten through fifth grade (Fall 2020). With weekly practices and games limited to one-hour each, this league is family-friendly and fun for everyone!
Register for $75 per child
Scholarships are available upon request
Registration deadline is July 22, 2020
You may choose which practice day works best for you (Tuesday or Thursday). You may also request ONE friend to be on the same team, but that friend also MUST request you.

In order to avoid long lines, please sign up for an evaluation time slot. Evaluations will be available from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM on the evenings listed above. Click the button to sign up for a slot. All evaluations are at Autumn Ridge Church.
When are Practices & Games:
Practices will be either every Tuesday or every Thursday depending upon the team you are on and what you mark as your preference at sign up. The times will be from 6:00-7:00pm. Games are every Saturday and will vary in time from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
Where are Practices & Games:
This year the Kindergarten and 1st graders will practice at Autumn Ridge Church. The 2nd through 5th graders will be practicing at Salem Road Covenant Church (right next to Autumn Ridge).
How are teams divided:
The teams will all be coed. They will be divided into three divisions. Kindergarten and 1st grade together, 2nd and 3rd grade together and 4th and 5th grade together. K-3rd grade will play 4v4 with no goalies. 4th and 5th grade will be playing on a larger field, 7v7 with goalies.
Who are the Coaches:
All of our coaches are volunteers, most of them parents. We do a background check on each coach. If you would be interested in coaching please contact Ben Boldt at email@example.com
What are Evaluations:
Evaluations are a few drills we put each player through to help us evaluate their skill level. Their scores are never revealed to them and are only used to help us create evenly skilled teams. Every player MUST attend one evaluation. Evaluation dates can be seen above.
