Ed and Valerie minister among the Diuwe people of Papua, Indonesia. They are involved in the establishment of a church among this small jungle tribe, as well as biblical teaching and personal discipleship. The Johnsons continue with language learning and analysis. Ed and Valerie are also involved in overseeing a developing church planted in a neighboring tribe by other missionaries.
