During our time in Minneapolis, Street Level ministry will train us share the gospel with others and put into practice what we have learned at malls and other locations. We will also learn about poverty in Minneapolis through a poverty simulation, package meals for starving children around the world at Feed My Starving Children, visit a black Baptist church, and learn about culture through eating at a few cultural restaurants.
This mission’s trip can accommodate children ages eight and older, including college aged children. Ideally, entire families would attend. At minimum, one parent and one child should attend.
There are two cost options: $50 per person which includes lodging, training materials, and half your meals; $20 which includes training materials and half your meals. The second option is being offered to save money for families who know family or friends in the Twin Cities and would like to stay with them.
