Ministry Teams

God designed you to make a difference with your life. The Bible calls this service. The Bible says, “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10

The good deeds are your service. Whenever you serve others in any way, you are serving God and fulfilling one of the purposes for your existence. You were created “to do” not to just be. For Christians service is not optional, something to be fit into your schedule if you have spare time. It is at the heart of the Christian life. Jesus came “to serve” and “to give.” Listen to what Jesus says, “your attitude must be like my own, for I, the Messiah, did not come to be served, but to serve and to give my life.” Serving and giving should sum up your life on earth.

We challenge students to discover their gifts and abilities and then use them to make a difference in their world. There are many ways that students can make a difference here at Autumn Ridge Church. In fact, many of our programs are fueled and led by students. Check out the different ways that you can be involved.

Art/Design

Can you decorate, draw, paint, or cut? If you have any creative abilities check out this ministry to help make it sparkle! We need students who decorate our Middle School room for special events.

Audio/Power Point

Are you a "tech-head"? This ministry helps with sound at the weekend service and at Encounter.

Care Cards

We need caring students, who can design cards for special times in students' lives. If you like writing, you can use your gift to encourage students!

Care Calling

We need caring students who don't mind talking to people they don't know to help out with the tremendous calls that we make each week to visitors and students who need to be encouraged to get more involved.

Impact Team

On Sundays and Mondays we need behind the scenes students who can come a little early and stay a little late to help set up the Middle School room and then clean it up at the end.

Drama

You can be a star! Right here in Middle School! If you can act, if you are creative and like to be on stage... sign up! You have to be able to attend practices!

Greeting

Are you friendly and like to meet new people? If so, you can help us out! We need you to help make Sundays and Mondays a friendly place.

Worship Team

Can you sing or play an instrument? Then you can use your talents at Encounter on Monday nights. Remember – practice, practice, practice!
