Foundations:

The meeting dates for this year's Foundations class are: October 3 & 17, November 7 & 21, December 5, January 2 & 16, February 6, March 6 & 20, April 17, and May 1 & 15.

Small Groups 

Small Groups will not meet on the following Mondays:  February 22, March 22 (movie night at ARC), and March 29. The final Small Group meeting of the year will be on April 26.

A delicious fundraiser for our student missions - Every time you visit Roscoe BBQ North in the Shopko North strip mall, 10% of your purchase will be donated to Autumn Ridge Church Student Ministry Missions. Just let the cashier know you are from Autumn Ridge Church. Having a party, meeting, or other event? Roscoe will also give 10% on catering orders.

Upcoming Events

 

Supernight 2010: This event is an all nighter sponsored by Rochester Area Youth For Christ. Students are dropped off between 9:30 and 10pm, Friday, February 26 at the southwest parking lot of the Rochester Recreation Center (21 Elton Hills Drive NW). After registration, dinner, and brief program, there will be shuttle buses running every 30 minutes to the Rochester Athletic Club, Rec Center, Rec Lanes, and Colonial Lanes. Students decide when they want to go from place to place. Everyone is brought back to the Rec Center between 5:30 and 5:45am at which time they are free to leave. Tickets are $25 for students and $17 for adult leaders that come with a group and may be purchased at the Christian Book & Gift store located at 815 N Broadway. Supernight has sold out the last five years, so you may want to purchase your tickets early. More details regarding this event can be found at http://www.rochesterareayfc.org.

 

Other Weekly/Regular Student Activities

Middle School Weekend Services: Our Saturday service is called [2:42] and meets at 7:00pm following the Emmaus Service. We also meet Sunday mornings at 9:00am and 10:30am in the Middle School room. The format for Saturday is unique, but the content of the lessons for all three weekend services is the same. The weekend services are designed for maturing students who want to grow in their faith.

Monday Night Small Groups: meet in homes on Monday evenings. Locations determined by gender and grade. The start/end times vary depending on grade (6th graders: 6:30-7:45pm, 7th graders: 6:45-8pm, and 8th graders: 7-8:15pm).   

Foundations Doctrinal Class:  is an 8-month long course where we study 13 major doctrines found in the Bible. We meet the 1st and 3rd Saturdays October through May. We are no longer taking registrations for this year. Registrations for the next Foundations class will be in September 2010.

Leadership Team: The Middle School Leadership is a group of middle school students committed to mentoring and leading their peers in an authentic walk with Christ. They meet monthly for lunch at Josh's home.
