With automatic withdrawal, you will be able regularly deduct money from your checking or savings account or credit/debit card and transfer it directly to the church. You choose the amount, you choose the frequency of the withdrawal, and the bank/credit card company does the rest. In order to maximize the benefit of your gifts, we would prefer you to do your giving from your checking or savings account because Autumn Ridge is charged between 3.5% and 4.5% for credit/debit cards.
Below you will see two images. On the left is a picture of what you will see when you log into CCB and click on the GIVE button in the upper right corner of your homepage. This is the quickest and easiest way to set this up. Clicking the GIVE button opens a new window on a secure server where you will be asked your basic information, how you want to give, how often you want to give it, and account information for the gift (checking, savings, credit card or debit card). Note: If you are on a public computer, make sure you close this window when you have completed your information and delete your browsing history.
The other image, on the right, links to the paper form to set up automated giving. When you click the image you will see a PDF form that you can fill out on your computer, print out, sign, and return to the church office. There are further instructions on the form itself.

Q: From What types of accounts can I give?
You can give from your checking or savings account or with a credit card. Giving from a checking account can be done through an online check or a debit card.
Q: What kind of credit/debit cards can I use?
Autumn Ridge accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. However, please note that if you use an American Express or Discover credit card the fees that Autumn Ridge must pay are higher than for the other types of cards.
Q: Do I pay any fees for giving online?
No. You will not pay any fees with an online gift. Autumn Ridge pays a small fee for electronic funds transfer similar to what some banks charge for check processing. Credit and debit cards cost Autumn Ridge 3.5-4.5% of the amount you give plus a small fee.
Q: Can I make a one-time contribution?
Yes. The system allows you the option of either making a one-time contribution or setting up a recurring contribution that is scheduled to come out of your bank account at intervals specified by you.
Q: If I want to set-up a recurring gift, what are my options for frequency of my gift?
For recurring gifts, you have the option of giving weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
Q: Can I change the amount or the frequency of my gift once I have set it up?
Yes. The best way to change a recurring gift that you set up yourself is to cancel it and start a new gift. If you used a paper form to start your online giving, please submit a new form to the church business office and we will cancel the old contribution and start a new contribution.
Q: Can I review my donation history online?
Yes. Simply log-in to your CCB account, go to your profile page, and then click on the Financial tab.
Q: Will I still receive regular contribution statements from the church?
Yes. The church will continue to send contribution statements to your address on file for tax purposes.
