Fusion Small Groups
At Autumn Ridge Church we believe that being a part of a spiritual community is a vital part of a life of following Jesus. Fusion Young Adults’ Ministry serves to provide a dynamic spiritual community for single adults in their 20s and early 30s. Fusion meets in a home environment where we will be meeting in small groups each week. The following will be the regular monthly schedule for Fusion:

Spiritual Growth
Fusion small groups are designed to be intentional places of spiritual growth. We recognize the need for young adults to connect in a place of comfort and fellowship that needs to be held in tension with the fluctuating schedule of a normal young adult.
Consistency
In order to develop a consistent pattern of growth, each small group will be going through the same materials and the large group experiences (community meals, teaching, or worship) will serve to supplement the small group experience. Please contact Andy with ideas for future small group series.
Flexibility
Small groups will be flexible and dynamic. Young adults are encouraged to do their best to attend one small group each week. We imagine that due to the changing schedules of young adults, one person might attend a group on a different night of the week for three weeks in a row. Small group leaders will also adapt to a changing schedule of small groups.
