What is Healing Hearts?

Healing Hearts is a Christian organization devoted to helping women who are hurting because of the afflictions of their past. Help is offered through one-on-one telephone counseling, through support group settings, and through our website www.healinghearts.org.

What is a Healing Hearts Support Group?

Healing Hearts provides a safe place where women can openly share their pain with other women without fear of judgement or condemnation.

Healing Hearts groups are small, consisting of 4-5 women and 2 trained lay counselors who have personally experienced debilitating hurts and have walked through the healing process. These counselors volunteer many hours of their time, because they want others to know there is hope and helaling for those who earnestly seek it.

We offer two studies, one for those suffering from the pain of past emotional hurts or physical/sexual abuse, and the other for those suffering from the shame brought on from having an abortion. Our counselors will take you through the Word of God to find answers to your questions, and help youdiscover healing, love and forgiveness. Help is offered through one-on-one counseling, support group settings, and via our website.

Healing Hearts Approach to Healing

Healing Hearts believes there is a God in heaven who created you and He is the only one that can restore you. We also believe that God, in His infinite mercy, is waiting for you to come to Him so that He might carry the burdens that weigh heavy on your heart.

Our groups Meet on Tuesday evenings and begin again January 26, 2010.
