HOPE Ministry

Mission Statement

Beyond the darkness there is a Light and comfort for our broken hearts. HOPE is a ministry for mothers who are grieving the loss of their unborn baby. We strive to be the tangible love of Christ; to offer continued care and to share in the hope that comes only through Christ Jesus.

Why HOPE Was Created

This ministry began out of the grief of two mothers, Kati Riggott and Allison Loftus. Each experienced the tragic loss of miscarriage in 2007 and in the midst of that loss felt a calling to create something good.

It is our prayer that many grieving mothers will find physical and spiritual comfort, peace and hope through this ministry.

About this Ministry

HOPE offers women emotional and physical support in the midst of their grief. We reach out to all who are affected by a miscarriage in a very tangible way. The families are also lifted-up in prayer by many in the Autumn Ridge Church Family.

What We Offer

->    Concern and care from women who have been through a miscarriage.
->    Three meals delivered to the family over the course of a week.
->    A memory book, prayer shawl and a personal visit.
->    Cards from other mothers who have experienced a miscarriage.
->    On-going support.
->    Care for fathers.

Ways to Help

->    Become a prayer partner, praying for this ministry and the women it will reach.
->    Spread the word.
->    Provide a meal for a grieving family.
->    Send a card to a family who is in the midst of sorrow.
