Carol Geselle serves as Administrative Assistant to Pastor C. John Steer. Her duties include transcribing dictation for all correspondence, sermons, weddings, funerals, parent and child dedications, along with general secretarial and administrative duties.  She also oversees monthly staff lunches.

Carol was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. She graduated from John Marshall High School. Following graduation she worked for an insurance company, did volunteer work at her church and in November 1968 began working at First Baptist Church for Pastor Bill Pencille. Carol has seen many changes in the life of First Baptist, now Autumn Ridge Church.  In July 1988 she married Charlie Geselle and they reside in northwest Rochester. Her hobbies include reading, biking, hosting family events, entertaining friends and walking with her dog, Teddy.
