Mick Nichols is the Worship Pastor at Autumn Ridge Church. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, he has been a resident of Rochester since 1996 and has been an active member of Autumn Ridge Church during that time. He has served as the Pastor of Worship and Youth at Berean Community Church in Rochester, and has acted as the interim Worship Pastor at Autumn Ridge on two separate occasions. He has also served full-time in para-church ministries sharing the gospel with teenagers across the country. Mick has led alongside our former Pastor of Worship, Bill Price, as well as Worship Leader Mollie Baker, in our Celebration and Emmaus Services. Mick was also involved in the development of the Celebrate Recovery ministry at ARC as well as the conception and design of the Saturday Night Emmaus service. As Pastor of Worship, Mick's primary responsibility will be to lead and direct the worship ministry team which includes leading or overseeing the weekend services, planning and directing seasonal events, and facilitating all other worship and music related events throughout the year. Mick and Piper have four wonderful children in both elementary and middle school. They enjoy spending time together camping, biking, hiking, and downhill skiing. Mick and Piper are very excited to serve in this capacity at Autumn Ridge Church.
